What Is Slumber Blend?
Slumber blend contains lavender, cedarwood, lime, bergamot, marjoram, and vetiver essential oils, all blended together in fractionated coconut oil. This earthy combination of oils can help relieve stress, promote peaceful feelings, and support a good night’s sleep!
I like to add 2-3 drops to my diffuser at bedtime, but there are plenty of other ways to use Slumber blend too! Here are a few of the other options you have when using this blend.

1. In A Diffuser

2. In A Roller Bottle
Add 5-10 drops of Slumber blend to a roller bottle, then top it off with fractionated coconut oil (or whichever carrier oil you prefer.) To use it, simply swipe the roller onto the soles of your feet before bedtime!
